Welcome!
Hello, friends! We are happy to say that Honeysuckle Road in Pasco has been our home for 2 years come January 2019. There are still many improvements to the grounds that we hope to make; if you feel inclined to help, please go to our "Volunteer" or "Donate" pages. It truly takes a village.
Our next riding season kicks off in April weather permitting. We will continue with a "session" based lesson schedule. Sessions will now be eight (8) weeks long. We made this decision based on research: research has found a more therapeutic benefit from a minimum of 8 weeks of adaptive riding and hippotherapy. We will continue to recognize four (4) horse vacations throughout the riding season; these breaks allow our therapy horses to rest and rejuvenate.
In order to participate in Strides's riding programs, potential riders or family members must complete the application forms, including an annual physician assessment & release. These forms will aid in our pursuit to become a Premier Accredited Center.
You will be contacted for an assessment or scheduling within two weeks once all forms have been received. If you have any questions about the riding forms, please don't hesitate to contact us. Our email address is Strides@StridesTC.org. Our phone number is (509) 492-8000.
Sincerely,
Strides Administration

Strides lesson rates are approximately 75% of our total cost as we know many of our clients have many medical expenses. If you feel inclined to assist Strides in off-setting the cost on our end we will gladly welcome one of two actions:
-
Families can elect to pay a higher payment tier that is more appropriate for their household finances. (Note: Tier 1 represents the actual cost of adaptive riding without any subsidies.) The choice of a tier is completely voluntary.
-
Partner with Strides by donating to our Adaptive Riding Fund.

HOPE'S SCHOLARSHIP
OMG! It's HERE!!! Strides has an OFFICIAL scholarship fund for those that need a little extra help! Applicable only for Adaptive Riding sessions at this time.
P.S. If you would like to GIVE to Hope's Scholarship fund, please donate here.
The more in the fund, the more kiddos we can give scholarships to.
